MAKEUP ;

when i think of casually glamorous makeup looks i think very victoria's secret, very natural looking makeup thats kind of dewy, but has hints of glam. whether thats a shimmery gloss or a winged eyeliner…💬🎀

♡ glam makeup is all about creating a look thats not doing too much. u can capture this look by mixing in the tiniest bit of moisturizer into ur foundation. doing so will sheer out the pigment of the foundation -> resulting in less coverage BUT that gives u a skin like finish which is perfect for the casual glam.

♡ for ur eyes go for more nude/muted colors and finish with the tiniest bit of something glittery for that shimmery, glamorous look. a SLIGHTLY shimmery eye with a nude base + a winged eyeliner will EATTT.

HOT TIP ; use something with a straight edge when applying ur eyeshadow (business card for example) so that it'll make a rly clean line for ur eyeshadow. you'd put it at the end of the eye and tilt up towards ur temple…💬🎀

♡ go for a warmer blush look and use apply some mascara onto ur top lashes, but for ur bottom lashes use ur eyeliner for a more dainty natural look

CASUAL GLAM MUST HAVE ITEMS ;

duh, hydration is super duper important for us to function in the best way possible and be healthy and glowing. this is ur sign to go and have some fresh, cold water…💬🎀

infused water recipes :

for some extra casual glam points, make some infused water to add some flavor and extra nutrients to ur water. you can simply add lemons, or add other fruits like strawberries and cucumbers.

headphones are a MUST when running errands and doing miscellaneous chores. listening to music makes any task 10x better and more glamorous…💬🎀

How you’ll meet your spouse ෆ

Your spouse will be someone that’s very laid back and chill. You’ll meet while purchasing/buying something (example: mall, grocery store, etc.), at a fast food place/restaurant, through a job (a short term one typically - example: cashier), somewhere involving money or finances (example: bank), and/or a location that involves the voice/singing (example: choir)

7H ruler in 3H: You will have a great flowing conversation when meeting. You will share a lot of similar interests with your spouse which will help you connect really easily. This will be someone that you cannot every stop laughing with. You will meet either on social media, through siblings, through neighbors or them being your neighbor, in school (usually pre-k, elementary, or middle school), somewhere involving phones (example: cell phone store), a location involving writing/literature, and/or while in some type of transportation (example: car, subway, train, etc)

7H ruler in 4H: You will feel an immediate sense of comfort when meeting your spouse and won’t feel the need to put on a show. You will feel like home to each other. You’ll likely meet in a house/home, through house related things (example: real estate), through events/locations involving emotions (example: an acting set), during the holidays (since the 4th house rules over traditions), a location involving nursing/taking care of people (example: nursing home), near a restaurant/fast food place, and/or through each other’s family/motherly figure somehow

7H ruler in 5H: You will feel your childlike energy come out a lot around this person. This person will bring you lots of joy and be very entertaining/humorous. You’ll meet your spouse through/near children somehow (example: at a park, through your own child, etc.), at a concert, at an entertainment event, through a hookup/one night stand, while on vacation, at a casino/while gambling, in a location involving drama (example: a play/theatre), during a game of some sort, and/or while doing one of your hobbies (example: playing the drums, drawing, baking, etc.)

7H ruler in 6H: Your spouse will likely be very fit and healthy. They’ll be someone that does a lot of nice things for you and is very consistent. 7H ruler in 7H: Your spouse will be someone that’s very charming and/or cheerful. Since the 7th house is the house of relationships it could mean when you first meet your spouse they’re on a date with someone else, dating someone else, or you’re dating someone at the time. It could also mean meeting your spouse somewhere involving beauty/fashion (example: at a fashion show, at a makeup store, etc), at a wedding, at a dance competition/event, while there’s a conflict occurring, and/or through business partners of yours. This could mean they possibly are your business partner as well. Sometimes I’ve seen this manifest as a enemies to lovers relationship also since the 7H rules over enemies too

7H ruler in 8H: Your spouse is someone that’s very mysterious, seductive, and loyal. You’ll both be very infatuated with each other from the moment you meet. This is a big indication of marrying wealth. You are going to meet your spouse during a transformational or challenging time in your life. You will meet them near somewhere involving dark things (example: somewhere involving horror such as a haunted house), near a big business (example: one you own, one they own, one you’re in/they’re in, etc.), at a funeral (odd but a possibility), near a crime scene/the police/somewhere involving crime, near a location involving psychology (or maybe they’re your psychologist), and/or near a place involving spirituality

7H ruler in 9H: This person will bring out your more adventurous, optimistic, and wild side (in the best way). You will laugh a lot with this person and have lots of fun with them. They’ll help you grow a lot as a person. You’ll meet them either at college/university, while traveling (example: in a foreign country, on an airplane, at an airport, etc.), at a library, through or near television/media (example: television set, photo shoot, etc.), during an interview (example: job interview, television interview, etc.), in a location involving religion/beliefs (example: at church), at a court (example: basketball court, courthouse, etc.), in a location involving the news (example: news interview), and/or somewhere involving the law

7H ruler in 10H: This can be an indication that your spouse is very successful or famous. They’re someone who is very ambitious and mature. This can mean you’ll meet them through work/your career/their career, through your father figure/their father, through your boss or that they’re your boss, at a huge public event (example: olympics), through a public figure/famous person, at an event involving famous people (example: meet and greet, oscars, etc.), and/or at a very public place in general

Example: Ariana Grande has this in her chart and met Dalton while he was working (he was her real estate agent and her 7H is also in the sign Cancer which is very interesting cuz the Moon rules over homes)

7H ruler in 11H: Right away when meeting each other you will get along and be friends instantly. Your spouse will be very friendly to you when you meet/a friendly person in general. They’ll be quite intellectual and unique as well. This placement indicates that you’ll meet your spouse through or near technology (example: a dating app, instagram, apple store, etc.), friends/friend groups, at a party, political events, in a location involving film, at a convention/social event, at a hotel/motel, while doing a community service of some kind, at a club (example: chess club, book club, the clubs you drink at, etc.), and/or a location involving science

7H ruler in 12H: There will be an immediate spiritual connection when meeting each other. One of you or both of you may be shy when first meeting. Since this is the house that rules over old age it can mean your spouse is older than you or that there’s an age gap between you two. It can indicate meeting your spouse in a secluded/isolated location, meeting somewhere where you can’t see one another or don’t know each other’s true identity (example: through social media accounts that don’t show your face like a fan page or astrology account), in a place that’s very quiet (example: library), in a place that involves spirituality (example: crystal shop, psychic, etc.), somewhere that involves alcohol or drugs (example: at a bar, drug store, vape shop, etc.), near a location involving music (example: music video set, music store, etc.), and/or during a time where people are isolated (example: during a lockdown similar to the covid one)

It was at a football game (or Soccer as you would call it in the US) as well which is played with the feet (Pisces/the 12H rule over the feet). She also said she was very shy and just waved at him at the bar at first (the 12H rules over alcohol as well)

GRADIENT TEXT TUTORIAL

HOW TO GET OMBRÉ STYLED TEXT ON TUMBLR

𝜗℘ I got a request on TikTok asking to do a tutorial on gradient text — tumblr doesn’t have an in-app option on doing gradient texts. This is how.

𝜗℘ Sites you can use: image color picker / stuffbydavid (gradient text).

𝜗℘ People say that you have to use a computer for this, which isn’t true. I am able to make gradient text on my phone, but you can use a computer if you want.

color picking from an image is optional, but highly recommended.

one: put the text you want to color for your tumblr post.

two: change the color of the text to whatever color you want. there are several options on how you want it. pick whatever option you want. the text will automatically generate for you.

three: copy the entire code then press “copy”.

four: go over to tumblr (website, not the app) and click “edit post” (the pencil) or create a new post.

five: click the settings button and change it from “rich text” to “HTML.”

six: paste the code from the gradient text website in the HTML where you want it to go. (I paste it then just save the post to my drafts then edit the text on the app)

Tutorial : How to make roads with car parking space

When I first started using the create a world tool, I immediatly wanted to make roads with car parking space. The only world where I had seen these types of roads were in Boroughsburg by potato-ballad-sims. So, I searched up the internet as one would do when you don't know how to do something and nothing until I found this post by krrank on their forum. I already knew how to make roads at that time. In fact, it was only when I saw her showcase of dirt roads, that I saw how there was a way to make roads larger to then add cars parked on the side. Now, because I haven't found a proper tutorial on how to actually do that, I decided to make my own tutorial and share how I managed to do it. It's not as perfect as Boroughsburg in term of sidewalk intersections (because I'm not the best at texture editing) but enough to have the look of parked cars, which can make a town look so much more lively.

What I'm assuming before this tutorial :

You're familiar with the CAW tool

you know how to place roads

you know how to create roads using textures provided by EA or CC road textures

You know how to add custom content for CAW (only applicable if you don't own the university EP)

The downside

The only downside with these roads is that sims will walk/run through the cars when going somewhere because we're basically using the sidewalk as parking space. To balance that out, I suggest using hybrid roads in your world : normal roads with normal sidewalks and roads with parking space.

" Okay but there's no sidewalk now, what do I do ? " : Simple ! Place independent sidewalks on the side. A bit like this (ignore the fact that this is not completly aligned to the grid) :

Step 2 : Placing cars on the road

I highly suggest using cars that are meant for decoration and aren't high poly. If you're using super CAW do not use the drivable cars that can be bought in game. In my case, I used the debug cars from the university EP meant for decoration and lowered them until it hid the parking curb. If you don't have the university EP, the world CC from Boroughsburg includes deco cars used for the purpose of parked deco cars !

Do not put too many cars on the roads (I only do it because I do not care since I'm making my own personal world, but if you intend to share the world you're making, limit the cars that you put on the streets)

How to hide the parking curb (for university cars) :

Lower your car's position (Y axis, green line) to : 15,4 - (Good enough height to hide the concrete curb and only hides a tiny bit of the car's wheels)

Don't forget to rotate (Y axis) the cars to the right direction. In fact, to be 100% accurate in the rotation placement of your cars, you can write the exact degree in the board that appears when you select an object. So, basically : 90 / -90 OR 180 / -180

YOU WILL NEED

PRODUCTS

Primer

Baby Powder

Foundation/ Tinted Moisturiser

Concealer

Bronzer

Pressed Powder

Setting Powder

Brow Gel

Brow Pomade

Black eye pencil

Liquid Liner

Lashes

Lash Glue/ Bonding Glue

Highlight

Brown Lip Liner

Pink Lip Gloss

Setting Spray

TOOLS

Powder Brush

Concealer Brush

Bronzer Brush

Beauty Blender

Small Flat Brush

Eyebrow Brush

BASE

Apply primer all over your face

#faithtip: use a powder brush to apply baby powder all over your face

Your face will look super ashy after this step, but applying foundation/tinted moisturiser will fix this

Blend it in with a damp beauty blender - make sure the beauty blender is damp! otherwise the powder and foundation will me clumpy

#faithtip: dampen your beauty blender with setting spray for easier blending and a longer lasting base

After blending in your foundation/tinted moisturiser, apply a concealer that is only slightly lighter than your skin tone to your under-eyes

Apply some to your chin and cupid's bow

Leave your concealer to sit for at least 5 minutes

Blend well with a small concealer brush

Now apply either liquid or powder bronzer around your hairline and your cheeks and jawline

Smooth your bronzer out well with a brush

Now, use a powder puff to place loose setting powder on the areas that concealer was applied

Also apply a short line of setting powder underneath your bronzer for a clean crease

EYEBROWS

This step will be easier if your brows have a defined shape

Brush through your eyebrows with brow gel

Use a brow brush dipped in pomade, to draw a line at the bottom of your brow starting from the front of your brow to the end

Draw a similar line at the top of your brows

Fill in the space (don't fill in the very front of your brows to create an almost ombre effect)

Apply eyebrow gel on top

Then use a small brush to apply concealer underneath your eyebrows

Blend well with a beauty blender

Apply setting powder to under your brow

EYELINER

First apply primer to your eyelids

Add a small amount of baby powder

Then add pressed powder

#faithtip: First, use a black eyeliner pencil to draw out the shape of your eyeliner, then use the pencil or liquid liner to fill it in

Clean up the shape with a cotton bud or Q-tip, and use a brush or beauty blender to reapply the makeup you removed.

LASHES

Lashes that arent super heavy on the inner coners of your eye are preferred

I LOVE thick lashes but for this look make sure they're only super thick at the end/ in the middle

Select thick and long lashes/ lash clusters that suit your eye shape

#faithtip D-Curl lashes are your best friend

STRIP LASHES

But for this step apply glue to strip lashes

Wave the lashes around for a bit so the glue dries a tiny bit and feels a little bit sticky

Place them on the lash line and adjust where needed (using tweezers or fingers)

CLUSTER LASHES

Strip lashes can also be cut into smaller pieces or use cluster lashes

Dip them into glue and wipe off the excess

Use tweezers to hold the lashes

Pull the top of your eyelid upwards so you can see underneath your eyelashes

#faithtip Wipe the glue on the part you are applying to then you can dip the lash in glue again before actually placing it underneath your lash

This make the lashes more firm and secure

Make sure it is not too close to your eye as this can be irritating

Fan your eyes if you can still feel wet glue

You can add another layer of clusters for thicker lashes

BACK TO BASE

Brush the setting powder away with a powder brush

Brush the setting powder underneath your cheeks away with pressed powder

Apply highlighter to the tip of your nose, your brow bone and your cupid's bow

Make sure to keep the highlight application light and smooth it out

Spray setting spray all over your face

LIPS

Use a brown lip liner, slightly darker than/ similar to your skin tone, to outline your lips

Apply pink lip gloss to your lips

Then top it all off with clear lip gloss.
